Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain detailed, person‑centred support plans that promote health, wellbeing, relationships, and diversity, while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. * Implement robust activity plans that encourage autonomy, new experiences, and flexibility, regularly engaging with individuals to seek their views. * Support individuals in financial planning, medication self‑administration, and regular health reviews, adhering to the Mental Capacity Act principles. * Tailor the environment to meet individual needs, ensuring Health and Safety policies, including Fire Safety, are followed. * Recruit and manage staff through robust induction, supervision, and training processes, ensuring person‑centred schedules and personal development plans. * Deliver outstanding care and support by adhering to Salutem’s Quality Assurance framework, embodying core values, and managing incidents according to policies. Qualifications and Attributes * Compassionate and empathetic, naturally caring and understanding. * Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Detail‑oriented and organised, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Proactive and innovative, always looking for ways to improve care delivery. * Committed to diversity and inclusion, respectful of all backgrounds and beliefs. * Team player, collaborative and supportive within the team. * Holds an L3 qualification or willing to complete. * Has extensive experience working with learning disabled, autism and managing people.
