We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s ready to take real ownership of our social channels and make them impossible to ignore. This is a role for someone who’s as comfortable getting stuck into the detail as they are shaping bigger ideas — someone who wants to push boundaries, test new formats, and create content that genuinely stands out in a crowded feed. You’ll sit at the centre of it all — connecting organic social, influencers and paid, working closely with our Content team, and helping turn great ideas into campaigns that travel. It’s a hands‑on role with real influence, where you’ll have the freedom to experiment, move quickly, and make a visible impact on how our brand shows up every day. Role & Responsibilities * Lead the Social Vision: Bring our social media strategy to life — creating, planning and executing campaigns that connect, inspire and grow our global audience. * Social Content Creation: Partner with our Content team to concept, brief and produce bold, viral-worthy content that sparks conversation and drives social reach. * Influencer Strategy & Partnerships: Work with our influencer team to build and nurture meaningful relationships with creators, from hero partnerships to gifted collabs. * Trendspotting & Insights: Keep your finger on the pulse of culture, trends and new formats — turning insights into innovative content opportunities. * Testing, Learning & Growing: Analyse what’s working (and what’s not), test new ideas, and report back with data‑driven recommendations that keep us ahead of the game. * Community Building: Build real engagement and affinity by showing up where our audience is — with warmth, wit and genuine conversation. Person Profile * Experience managing a social media team for a consumer brand (ideally e‑commerce and/or home/lifestyle). * A strong understanding of both organic and paid social channels and how they integrate. * Experience working with influencers and creators — from gifting through to paid partnerships, you’ll know how to make them feel authentic, not transactional. * Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. * A passion for content, creativity, and storytelling. * A natural communicator, you’re confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment. * Proactive, curious, and always a few steps ahead when it comes to what’s trending. #J-18808-Ljbffr
