Role Summary:
Are you a proactive HR professional ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment?
We're looking for an HR Advisor (initially on a 6-month fixed term contract) to join our team at Nidec Drives and support our UK people operations. This role will play a key part in providing comprehensive support to the company across all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, disciplinary, grievance processes, and more.

This role will be based at our main site in Newtown, Wales. However, it will also support our site in Telford, Shropshire and so, occasional travel to this site may be required.
