Job Description Data Science Manager – Marketing & Customer Generative AI Enterprise Architect Location: London / Manchester / Edinburgh / Newcastle / Birmingham Career Level: Manager (L7) About the Role Join Accenture Song’s Data and AI practice as a Data Science Manager focusing on generative AI solutions for marketing and customer experiences. You will shape customer and marketing experiences, deliver real‑world business impact, grow your expertise, collaborate with global brands, and lead across industries and teams. Key Responsibilities * Shape Customer and Marketing Experiences with Generative AI solutions, creating and owning real‑world AI solutions for clients. * Build essential data platforms, products, and capabilities that empower clients and colleagues. * Set and implement the strategic vision for Applied Intelligence’s data ecosystem, including data science and engineering. * Assess generative AI proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs, evaluating feasibility, stack compatibility, and build‑vs‑buy decisions. * Work collaboratively with digital teams, senior architects, and stakeholders to design comprehensive AI solutions within the enterprise. * Drive and implement real‑world solutions into production that drive measurable business value. * Work alongside global teams to deliver the best solutions for clients. * Become an integral part of the Applied Intelligence team, developing skills through world‑class training programmes. * Drive career progression through structured career development programs. * Align with industry partners to develop your career and the solutions we deliver. * Consult on complex analyses and advanced machine learning methods. * Design reusable assets, solutions, and best practices for current and future business problems. * Communicate and provide guidance to senior client leadership and teams. * Shape AI strategy and the delivery of LLM‑based solutions. * Operate across multiple industries and functions. * Develop others by sharing knowledge and skillsets within the practice. Qualifications & Experience * Define and deliver customer‑centric data strategies, translating business needs into robust data solutions and owning data strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence. * Lead generative AI innovation and prototyping, architecting early‑stage initiatives and proof‑of‑concept (PoC) development. * Serve as a subject‑matter expert on generative AI, guiding cross‑functional teams. * Deploy and scale AI solutions, including containerization, performance monitoring, and production deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Ensure responsible and ethical AI by integrating Responsible AI principles and standards into LLM evaluations. * Advocate adoption of cutting‑edge data technologies and methodologies. * Operate across industries and business functions to deliver AI‑driven transformations. * Mentor and develop others within the practice.
