About The Role Join HomeServe as a Gas Repair Engineer and play a vital role in keeping our customers homes running smoothly. • Location: Blackburn • Salary: £46,250 + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year • Hours: You will average 40 hours per week (annualised hours - shorter hours in summer, longer in winter, with consistent pay). Includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays. What youll be doing As a Gas Repair Engineer, youll be working in customers homes diagnosing and repairing gas appliances and heating systems. Your day-to-day will include: • Diagnosing faults on boilers and central heating systems • Carrying out repairs to restore heating and hot water • Carrying out boiler services • Completing safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulations • Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service • Representing HomeServe in customers homes with professionalism and care This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.
