Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
Handle individual and group arrivals efficiently using hotel systems
Maintain in-depth knowledge of The Celtic Collection and its services to assist guests with queries and recommendations
Provide a memorable first and last impression, ensuring every guest enjoys a five-star experience
