In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and efficiently support the daily operation of the front office. You will play a key role in ensuring guests’ satisfaction by assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, handling luggage, and providing assistance and information to guests. Your friendly and professional demeanour will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and the rest of the team. 💼 What You’ll Do Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude, providing a high level of personalized service. Assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, providing efficient and careful handling. Escorting guests to their rooms and explain the hotel´s facilities and services. Providing information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to guests. Arranging transportation, making reservations, and assisting with any other guests’ requests. ✔️ What We’re Looking For A passionate team player. Good communication and listening skills.
