Job description
TestPro is a specialist consultancy focused on software testing, quality assurance, and delivery confidence across complex technology environments. We work with organisations where failure is not an option — helping CIOs and programme leaders deliver with confidence. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are engaging a small number of senior IT leaders to work with us as Non-Executive Partners — a light-touch, commercial advisory role designed for individuals with strong networks and experience at CIO / Programme Director level. The Opportunity This is not a traditional employment role. It is a commercial partnership opportunity for senior leaders who: * Have visibility of organisations facing delivery pressure, quality challenges, or transformation risk * Are well-connected within enterprise IT environments * Want to monetise their experience and network without operational involvement Where introductions lead to engagement, partners share directly in the revenue generated. Commercial Model * Typical earnings: £25k–£150k+ per successful introduction * Many client relationships expand over time, creating ongoing revenue opportunities * No cap on earning potential Role Characteristics * Non-executive, advisory in nature * No delivery responsibility * No requirement for active selling or lead generation * Flexible and complementary to existing roles or portfolio careers Ideal Profile We are looking to engage individuals who: * Have held senior roles such as: * CIO * IT Director * Programme Director / Transformation Lead * Have experience delivering or overseeing large-scale technology programmes * Possess a strong network within enterprise or regulated industries * Are commercially minded and understand where delivery risk creates opportunity * Value building long-term, recurring income streams #J-18808-Ljbffr
