Commercial Associate / Senior Associate (2-8 PQE) | Manchester | No Billings targets This is a standout opportunity to join a formidable commercial practice where many of the lawyers hail from leading internationals. The Role The firm is looking to appoint a talented Commercial Associate or Senior Associate (2-8 PQE) to join its highly regarded Manchester office, right in the heart of the city. Working closely with some of the most respected Partners in the North West, you will handle a broad spectrum of commercial work, including: * Trading agreements and complex, high-value projects * IP and IT contracts * Data protection, compliance and outsourcing arrangements * Joint ventures and strategic alliances The teams client base includes prominent corporates and FTSE businesses, and you will advise across sectors on agreements involving manufacturing, supply and procurement, distribution channels, outsourcing, and major international projects. This is a practice that invests heavily in future leaders. You will be joining a commercially sharp leadership team with a clear eye on succession planning, creating genuine long-term prospects to move through the ranks. Requirements * You will be a Commercial Solicitor with 2-8 years PQE (applications welcomed from all levels above this). * Strong technical background and first-class communication skills. * A commercial mindset and business development flair.
