About the Role The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging and intellectually stimulating lessons that develop students' fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. Students follow a carefully sequenced curriculum covering number, algebra, geometry, statistics, probability, and mathematical modelling, with many progressing to study A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics. You will prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations while inspiring learners to apply mathematical concepts confidently in both academic and real-world contexts. You will also contribute to the wider life of the department through curriculum development, intervention programmes, STEM initiatives, maths competitions, enrichment activities, and university outreach opportunities that encourage students to develop a genuine enthusiasm for mathematics.
