The Role As a 180 Consultant, you’ll manage the hiring process end to end, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes. * Identify and engage talented professionals in specialist markets * Build trusted relationships with candidates * Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring journey * Keep processes organised, accurate and compliant * Develop strong market knowledge and commercial awareness * Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment Who Thrives Here We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds including customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres or other fast-paced roles.
