Main duties of the job Blackheath Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre, part of Active Care Group, is a specialist neurorehabilitation service with 39 beds, delivering high-quality rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injury and complex neurological conditions. We support individuals with Level 1 and Level 2 rehabilitation needs, including those with a combination of physical, cognitive, behavioural, and psychosocial challenges. Rehabilitation is delivered through a coordinated multidisciplinary team (MDT) approach, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice, structured care pathways, and goal-oriented, patient-centred outcomes. We are currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
