NQ–1 Year PQE Family Solicitor – £35K - Fully Remote (London/Essex Travel Required) Domestic Abuse | Private Children | Legal Aid Clients | Advocacy‑Focused Role
Are you a newly qualified Family Solicitor looking to build real expertise in domestic abuse and private children work while making a genuine impact on legal aid clients? This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, specialist team handling meaningful, often urgent matters all while working fully remotely.
We’re looking for an NQ–1 year PQE Solicitor with a passion for domestic abuse cases, private children matters and supporting legal aid clients through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. You must be confident to conduct your own advocacy, as advocacy is central to this role, you’ll conduct your own advocacy regularly before the Family Court and be trusted to conduct your own advocacy from day one.
You’ll handle a varied caseload including:
Although the role is fully remote, you must be able to travel to London and Essex for court hearings when required.
