ABOUT YOU
As a Hazardous Locations (Hazloc) Business Development Manager, you focus on expanding market share for Hazardous Locations solutions across multiple industrial sectors, building strong client relationships, and positioning technical compliance services that meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Required skills and experience:
  • Proven track record in a business-to-business sales environment, ideally within ATIC or technical service solutions.
  • Experience selling Hazardous Locations (Hazloc) or related compliance, certification, or engineering services is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical ability with a data-driven approach to sales performance management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and structured sales planning.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be a commercially driven, technically minded sales professional who can operate independently while collaborating effectively with technical experts and internal stakeholders.
Key activities:
  • Demonstrate strong B2B sales capability, maintaining high levels of activity through both in-person and remote client meetings.
  • Proactively manage lead generation, opportunity development, and ongoing pipeline maintenance to drive sustainable growth.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service, ensuring a high-quality client experience at every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, while collaborating effectively with the global network of internal stakeholders across the organization.
  • Accurately update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data integrity and visibility of pipeline performance.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Hazardous Locations compliance, testing, inspection, and certification requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify new growth opportunities.
