Job description
What youll be doing You will report into the SEO Manager and help deliver a commercially focused SEO strategy across Go.Compare. You will span technical SEO, content, digital PR, and data analysis, with a emphasis on adapting to the evolving search landscape, including AI-driven search experiences and changing user behaviours. Working within an experienced team, youll contribute to both execution and strategic direction. Youll gain exposure to large-scale SEO challenges across multiple product verticals, while helping shape how SEO contributes to traffic, revenue, and brand authority. This is a hands‑on role with increasing ownership, offering opportunities to test ideas, influence roadmap prioritisation, and contribute to innovation in how we approach search. Experience that will put you ahead of the curve * A interest in SEO and Marketing, and its role in driving commercial performance * An understanding of how search is evolving, including AI-driven search experiences and their impact on SEO * Awareness of E-EAT (Experience, expertise, authority and trust) principles and how to apply them in content * Data skills, with the ability to interpret data and create relevant insights in either Google Sheets or Excel (can perform complex functions) * Assess content quality based on user intent, usefulness, and difference * Collaboration skills, with your manager, but extending to other departments we work with * Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush * Interest in automation, AI tools, or workflow optimisation Whats in it for you The expected range for this role is £26,500 - £35,000 This is a Hybrid role from our Cardiff Office, working three days from the office, two from home … Plus more great perks, which include; * Uncapped leave, because we trust you to manage your workload and time * When we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonus * Refer a friend and get rewarded when they join Future * Well-being support with access to our Colleague Assistant Programmes * Opportunity to purchase shares in Future, with our Share Incentive Plan Internal job family level P5 Please let us know if you need any reasonable adjustments made so we can give you the best experience!
