Job description
I’m working with a fast-scaling consumer tech business looking to hire a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving customer growth and acquisition. This is a strategic, high-impact position with ownership of multi-channel performance marketing and responsibility for delivering scalable, sustainable growth. The role: You’ll take the lead on shaping and evolving the performance marketing strategy across a range of paid channels, managing significant budgets and identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and optimisation. What you’ll be doing: * Owning the strategy and performance of key acquisition channels including Paid Social, Search and Affiliates * Managing and optimising substantial marketing budgets to maximise ROI * Identifying new growth opportunities and testing new channels, formats and approaches * Driving a data‑led approach to performance, balancing CAC with long‑term customer value * Partnering closely with brand, creative and product teams to improve conversion and customer journeys * Leading experimentation and continuous optimisation across campaigns * Analysing performance data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders * Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high‑performing team culture What they’re looking for: * Strong experience in performance marketing within a high‑growth B2C, tech or financial services environment * Proven track record managing multi‑channel acquisition strategies and delivering measurable growth * Highly analytical with a strong commercial mindset * Comfortable working with large budgets and complex datasets * Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with product, creative and brand teams * A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment This is a brilliant opportunity to join a scaling business where performance marketing sits at the core of growth, with real ownership and visibility across the organisation.
