Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to draft clear and engaging content such as news stories, media releases and social media posts 3. Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, using sound judgment to escalate issues appropriately 4. Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across an organisation 5. A keen news sense and awareness of the media landscape, including how to identify opportunities for media engagement 6. Experience creating social media content using tools such as Canva or Capcut to produce high-quality assets 7. Ability to track and monitor media coverage **Desirable criteria** 1. Ability to understand and translate complex information quickly 2.
