Job description
What is the opportunity? An exciting opportunity to support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services as a Vice President, within the CME sector. The role will provide day‑to‑day leadership, organization, and mentoring to Associates and Analysts in the team. What will you do? * Work as directed by the Managing Directors and Directors to develop and grow the Industrials & Services sector coverage business in Europe. * Assist with origination and execution of transactions for target clients across relevant products, e.g., Advisory, Debt and Equity Capital Markets. * Manage workflow and outputs of Associates and Analysts. What do you need to succeed? * Previous Investment Banking CME sector coverage experience. * Hardworking, enthusiastic, and professional work ethic. * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. * Sound judgement and strong interpersonal skills to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels. * Strong communication skills. * Teamwork approach with colleagues and willingness to mentor and teach junior team members. * Knowledge of Investment Banking services and the ability to apply them creatively to diverse client needs. * Understanding of valuation techniques standard in industry. * Computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. * University degree or equivalent. * Investment banking experience or equivalent.
