Job description
Face-to-Face Trainer Health & Social Care & Clinical) - UK Wide Are you a passionate and highly experienced Trainer making a real impact in the Health & Social Care sector? Join us in improving standards across the Health & Social Care sector by delivering training that truly impacts lives. We are looking for an experienced, in person Trainer to join our growing team either as an Associate or in a Permanent capacity, delivering high-quality sector‑specific, or clinical training across varying UK locations. This position requires you to drive and be happy travelling to various locations, within a reasonable distance in the UK. Positions are offered as Associates and paid on a competitive, daily rate basis. About the Role As a Trainer, you will deliver engaging, practical, and compliant training sessions to a range of clients including NHS and emergency services, large care providers, local authorities and private healthcare organisations. This is a demanding role ideal for someone who thrives in a face‑to‑face environment, is willing to travel to multiple organisations across the UK to raise the standard of care. Key Responsibilities * Deliver face‑to‑face, onsite training to multiple customers Health & Social Care settings. * Facilitate both mandatory and specialist courses * Adapt training to suit different learning styles and environments * Ensure all content is aligned with UK legislation and best practice * Support learners to develop competence and confidence in their roles * Travel across the UK to client sites What We're Looking For * Proven experience delivering training within Health & Social Care * A qualified trainer with over 2 years in person training experience in Health and Social Care * Relevant clinical or care background * Recognised training/teaching qualification (e.g. AET/PTLLS or equivalent) * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners * Full UK driving licence, car ownership and willingness to travel What We Offer * Competitive day rate / salary (depending on experience) * Flexible working opportunities * Ongoing professional development * Opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing organisation #J-18808-Ljbffr
