Maintenance Supervisor job in the Dungannon area working for a high-volume FMCG food processingpany. The site is a mix of modern and older equipment and the role will be maintaining production-based equipment and site facilities. This is a day-based role from Monday to Friday.

Your new role

Hands-on in production and facility maintenance, you will lead a small team of 5 multi-skilled engineers with a delegation and an overview of daily work. It is your responsibility to ensure the PM's schedule isplete and to guide the team with decisions 'on the floor' across the shift. This is a days-only role. You will also guide contractors on site and report to the engineering manager and operations on any long-term improvements or issues that need addressed.

Hands-on experience and willingness within a maintenance environment and ability to lead andmunicate effectively with a team.

What you'll get in return

Working a day role, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, £55000 for your 40-hour week, and overtime paid at time and a half or double the time when working. 28 days annual leave, which is not fixed, and standard pension.
