JUNIOR SOUS CHEF (BANQUETING) - THE COLLECTORS HALL at AC HOTEL BY MARRIOTT GLASGOW Be Part of One of Glasgow’s Most Exciting Event Venues! The Collector’s Hall, located within AC Hotel by Marriott Glasgow and housed in the beautifully restored Parish Halls, has quickly established itself as one of the city’s most captivating event destinations since opening in August 2025. Blending historic architecture with contemporary style, alongside our restaurant Hazel, the venue plays host to unforgettable weddings, conferences, cultural events, and private celebrations. We are now looking for a Junior Sous Chef (Banqueting) to join our team and support the delivery of exceptional large-scale dining experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef ready to step up, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the continued success and culinary identity of this unique and thriving venue.
