About the job We are seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager UK&I to take ownership of the UK & Ireland marketing agenda within a developed marketing function. This is a broad 360° role offering the opportunity to shape structure, processes and ways of working while driving effective, hands‑on delivery. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help take the department to the next level, thriving in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with real autonomy and visibility. * Own and deliver the UK & Ireland marketing plan, aligned to business and brand strategy * Lead a full‑mix marketing remit, including: o Brand, communications and PR o Trade and customer marketing o Product marketing and launches o Campaigns and content o Events (trade shows, customer and internal events) o Digital marketing and paid advertising * Manage and develop 2 direct reports, fostering a high‑performing, collaborative team * Build and improve marketing processes, structure and reporting * Own and manage the marketing budget, including operational spend and occasional capital investment * Lead agency management, from briefing to performance and cost control * Use Salesforce to support campaign delivery, lead tracking and sales alignment * Measure performance through clear KPIs and continuously optimise activity Requirements * Proven experience in a 360° marketing role * Background in food & beverage, FMCG or a high‑growth startup * Experience managing marketing budgets and agencies * Strong exposure to digital marketing and paid media * Experience managing (or beginning to manage) people, with a desire to develop leadership capability * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems What we offer you * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment. * Professional growth and development opportunities. * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Be part of a company committed to excellence and innovation. * 25 days of holidays * Private Healthcare for you, with the option to add partner and children J-18808-Ljbffr
