Key responsibilities for this Office Manager position:- Overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy London office, acting as the central point of contact for employees, visitors, and suppliers
- Managing reception, meeting rooms, events, and ensuring a seamless client and team experience
- Coordinating office operations including suppliers, contracts, IT coordination, and facilities management
- Leading on health & safety processes, office budgets, and space planning
- Supporting senior stakeholders with diary management, travel coordination, and administrative tasks when required
What background and experience are the company looking for?- Proven experience in an Office Manager role within a fast-paced, professional environment
- Someone who has managed an office move previously
- Someone who is happy to be based on reception.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with confidence liaising at all levels, including senior leadership
- A proactive, “can-do” approach with the ability to take ownership and improve processes
