You will contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and support of a portfolio of web applications, integrations, and digital platforms that are relied upon by clients and end users on a 24/7 basis.The role offers exposure across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), working closely with consultants, developers, testers, DBAs, and support teams to deliver high quality, secure, and maintainable software solutions.This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys solving real world problems, working with modern Microsoft based technologies, and continuously developing their technical and professional skills.## Your role* Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and services using Microsoft full stack technologies.* Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design activities.* Support live systems, including investigation and resolution of defects and issues.* Produce clear technical documentation and maintain high coding standards.* Work within agreed delivery timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.* Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tools, and processes.* Ensure solutions comply with quality, security, safety, and environmental standards.* Collaborate with colleagues across multidisciplinary teams to deliver user‐focused outcomes.## About you* Commercial experience in software or web development.* Experience developing applications using a Microsoft technology stack.* Good knowledge of C# and modern .NET development.* Experience building web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.* Familiarity with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.* Understanding of secure development practices and the full software lifecycle.* Ability to manage multiple work items and priorities effectively.* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.## Rewards & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
