Partner / Senior Associate - 8+ Years PQE - Bournemouth Location: Bournemouth Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (hybrid working available) PQE: 8+ Years Salary: £75,000 to £120,000 (dependent on experience, seniority and business case) A leading regional practice is seeking Partners and Senior Associates (8+ years PQE) to join its expanding Bournemouth office. Following a strong launch and rapid growth in the local market - building trusted client relationships, partnering with businesses, and contributing to the community - the firm is now entering an exciting new phase of development. This is a rare opportunity to help shape and grow a developing office with the full backing of a highly respected, values driven legal practice. The Opportunity The firm is looking for ambitious, commercially minded lawyers with expertise in one of the following key practice areas: * Private Client * Rural or Energy * Residential Property * Corporate & Commercial Whether you are an established Partner or a Senior Associate ready to step up, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact, build a practice, and play a central role in the next stage of the Bournemouth offices growth.
