Overview Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for creativity? Join our newly created Art Department as a Campaign Project Manager and play a vital role in supporting our talented team. In this role, you’ll ensure that marketing projects are set up, managed, and delivered on time, while maintaining a smooth workflow for our creative team. How youll make an impact * Schedule meetings, apply service-level agreements (SLAs) to incoming requests, and ensure deadlines are clearly communicated and met. * Ensure the creative team has everything they need to deliver high-quality work, including accurate files, complete creative briefs, and clear deadlines. * Manage the internal flow of projects for assigned divisions, ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery to meet business deadlines. * Collaborate with resource managers to adjust project resources and schedules as needed to ensure timely completion. * Proactively communicate with stakeholders, providing updates on project statuses and addressing any issues that may impact timelines. * Maintain quality control by ensuring projects are proofread and archived appropriately. * Stay informed about industry best practices and trends, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
