We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our EMEA Payroll and Billing Team. What Will You Be Doing as a Payroll Specialist? * Request payments for independent contractors accurately and on time. * Manage salary updates in Microsoft D365. * Validate independent contractor invoices, including hours and rates. * Handle payroll-related invoice reconciliation issues such as tax, insurance, leave, and pension. * Provide excellent support to internal and external customers on payroll, billing, and wage matters. * Learn and use VMS and MSP systems to ensure accurate invoicing. * Maintain up-to-date systems and ensure compliance with payroll and invoicing laws and client contract terms. * Audit and reconcile reverse People 2.0 invoices with VMS and support month-end closing and other finance/admin tasks as needed. What experience are we looking for? * Fluency in English * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll/HR, billing administration or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * A high level of attention to detail. * Professional and engaging, with solid organizational and time management skills. * Knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements. * Certification in Payroll Administration * Proficiency in payroll software/systems Next Steps If you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, please apply with your CV, highlighting your relevant skills in relation to the above criteria.
