Junior Graphic Designer Fixed-term Contract until 31st December 2026 Location: Bristol, Norwich, York, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, or Glasgow (50% hybrid working) Salary: circa £30,000 Closing date: 17th April 2026 This is a great job for someone who is early in their design career and keen to grow their skills in a busy, in‑house studio. You’ll enjoy working on a mix of creative briefs and seeing your work used across real campaigns. A bit about the job: This role supports the Creative Studio in delivering strong, engaging design for Aviva’s corporate communications. You’ll turn briefs into clear and visually engaging creative work that brings our messages to life. You’ll work closely with senior designers and creative partners across the business. The role supports priority corporate campaigns and communications across internal and external channels. You’ll be accountable for producing high quality design work that follows brand guidelines and meets deadlines. Skills and experience we’re looking for: * Experience creating clear, engaging designs for digital channels, with some print exposure. * A portfolio showing strong foundations in layout, typography, and visual storytelling. * Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. * Good attention to detail, time management, and ability to work to deadlines. * Prior experience working as a Junior Graphic Designer, either in-house or agency side.
