Job description
Residential Conveyancer - Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer Location: Derby Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:15 A leading regional law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and well‑regarded Derby office. This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer who can manage a full residential caseload independently and deliver excellent client service. The role includes: * Managing your own caseload of freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and remortgage matters * Handling files from instruction through to completion * Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties * Supervising and supporting junior team members * Contributing to marketing and business development activity What the firm offers: * 38 days annual leave including bank holidays * Birthday off if it falls Monday to Friday * Life assurance at 3x salary * Strong professional development and training opportunities * Supportive, efficient and well‑structured conveyancing team About you: * Strong experience across all areas of residential conveyancing * Confident working independently * Excellent client care and communication skills * Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast‑paced environment If youre an experienced conveyancer looking to join a respected, forward‑thinking team with great support and development opportunities, wed love to hear from you.
