Overview Conveyancing: Consultant Solicitor & Lawyer Opportunities. We are seeking legal professionals who are keen to work on a consultancy, fee-sharing basis. Taylor Rose is a top 60 law firm with over 25 offices nationwide. You can choose to work from home, from one of our offices, or both. This role offers flexible arrangements and the opportunity to manage your own client base and billing within a supportive multidisciplinary firm. Responsibilities * Provide conveyancing advice and services to clients on a consultancy basis. * Manage matters related to residential or commercial property in the private and/or public sectors with 4+ years PQE. * Collaborate with clients and internal teams, and contribute to business development efforts. * Operate on a fee-sharing model with the potential to earn up to 75% of your billing. Qualifications * Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 4+ years PQE. * Expertise in residential or commercial property within private and/or public sectors. Compensation and Benefits * Earn up to 75% of your billings; splits will not drop below 70%. * Referral of larger and established clients; immediate access to accreditations and lender panels. * Choose your own clients, fees, hours and volume of work. * Option to work from home, with access to hot-desking facilities. * PII cover up to £20 million; access to nationwide offices and meeting rooms. * Free calls through our app; fully optimised CMS and electronic systems. * Access to business development and a dedicated liaison team; technical head for operations, legal support and training.
