Job description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Paid Marketing Manager to lead and optimise paid marketing campaigns within the Media & Agency sector. The role is based in Woking and focuses on creating impactful strategies to drive growth and success. My client is an exciting and fast‑growing online marketing agency that partners with well‑known brands and global organisations. They help their clients stand out in a highly competitive recruitment and talent market by elevating employer brands and promoting careers effectively across digital channels. Description The Paid Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities: * Lead the Paid Marketing function within a growing digital team. * Drive PPC and paid media performance across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, managing both large and small budgets. * Lead and develop a team of 3+ Paid Marketing Executives/Consultants. * Own paid media strategy across all clients and internal projects. * Use data and advanced analytics to optimise campaign performance. * Gain exposure to wider digital marketing channels and innovative strategies, with continuous learning built into the role. * Enjoy clear, merit-based career progression, your growth is driven by your impact and results. Profile A successful Paid Marketing Manager should have: * At least 5 years of experience working in Paid Marketing/ PPC/ Campaign Management. * Must be an expert in using Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Microsoft Ads for Paid Marketing Campaigns. This includes the full end-to-end process, from initial research and planning to reporting and optimisation. * Experience using Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, Indeed & Programmatic Ad Platforms such as Google Display & Video 360 (previously DoubleClick) is preferable. * You will be highly numerical with a strong attention to detail. * You will have strong experience of managing a team. * Excellent written English, communication skills, organisational skills and fluency in Microsoft Office are expected. Job Offer The successful candidate will receive a competitive package of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits. J-18808-Ljbffr
