Junior Recruitment Consultant To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below. £28,000 + Uncapped Commission (50K+ OTE Year 1) + 25 Days Holiday + Rapid Progression + Full Training Programme Bristol Do you have a background in Sales? Are you looking for training and development, to ensure your rapid progression to management within 9-12 months, whilst earning market leading commission rates that can make you up to 100K per year? This position is all about business development, gaining clients and working harder and faster than the competition. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment from winning business, to placing candidates and everything in between.
