Job description
In-office/hybrid in London, United Kingdom Atticus is seeking a Brand Designer to elevate the Atticus visual brand as a global leader in legal tech. You’ll be working directly with our UK marketing and growth teams, and will collaborate with our senior brand designer and global brand team in Melbourne, Australia. You’ll own the visual execution of our brand across digital touchpoints (and some physical) in the UK and ensure our brand presence is cohesive, compelling, and world-class, and delivers on the brand vision set by the global brand team. You’ll be joining at a transformative time as we roll out an ambitious new brand vision. This is your chance to make a significant impact supporting and driving its rollout across the UK. About Atticus Atticus is a Melbourne-based scale‑up founded in 2017 that offers the leading technology in document fact checking. Our software enables our customers—law firms, listed companies, and funds—to fact check critical documents before theyre disclosed to market. People love Atticus because our software helps customers verify critical documents before market disclosure, saving pain in high‑pressure, high‑stakes work. We’re already used by 50%+ of UK Top 30 law firms and dozens of listed companies. We have serious traction, with significant untapped potential. The UK team is ready to accelerate growth. What you’ll do * Drive brand execution– Bring our brand to life across multiple digital and physical touchpoints with exceptional attention to detail and quality * Create impactful marketing and sales materials– Design assets that help our growing sales teams succeed in the UK and new markets * Collaborate across departments– Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the brand thrives throughout the customer journey * Shape the future– Contribute strategic ideas that help evolve our brand as we expand globally About you * 3+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital brand work * Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and digital and print design * Strong proficiency in Figma and related design tools, with InDesign experience preferred for print projects * Experience designing for digital products and marketing contexts * Ability to design printed materials for events and campaigns, including booklets, flyers, banners, and exhibition booths (including an understanding of the print production process, correct file setup, and working directly with printers) * A creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity and enjoys exploring multiple solutions * Someone who welcomes constructive feedback and isnt afraid to challenge the status quo * Excellent communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly * Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Comfortable working as the single designer within the UK marketing team (but part of a team of designers globally) Why Atticus? * Perfect timing– Join as we expand into new global markets and help shape our international presence * Collaborative leadership– Work with a Head of Brand and Senior Designer (Australian based) who sets the vision but gives you autonomy to execute * Direct impact– See your work make a tangible difference in our brands global perception * Competitive package– £50,000 – £60,000 based on experience * Flexible hours (outcomes > hours) * Home office setup budget * 5 weeks leave + birthday off * Generous parental leave * New Shoreditch office (3 days/week minimum) We are looking for creative, curious and self‑driven people who are interested in building something of lasting value.
