This is a permanent position with hybrid working.Other offices may be considered (Leeds, Liverpool, London, Glasgow, Cheltenham, Bristol, Amersham, Guildford, Manchester) providing you are willing to travel to Birmingham on a regular basis.The Bid Team works in partnership with all areas of the business to deliver the growth objectives of Barnett Waddingham. Our work includes the management of all tenders through utilising best practice and experience techniques to co-ordinate incoming data streams supporting an increase in the Firm’s win ratio.This role is for a creative and enthusiastic Graduate Designer / Trainee Graphic Designer with InDesign experience, a passion for visual storytelling and excellent attention to detail to support in delivering design work for tenders and presentations. The successful candidate will support the Bid Design team in producing high-quality, visually compelling materials for tender submissions and presentations. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone early in their design career or someone looking for a career move who is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Full training provided.
