This role involves supporting two individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and mental health needs. You will provide high-quality support in all aspects of their daily lives, while promoting their independence and encouraging participation in community activities of the choice. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, committed, and able to demonstrate empathy, care, and compassion. You should be able to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills and the ability to write clearly and legibly are essential. Previous experience in working in health and social care is desirable but not essential as full training will be given You could be just what we are looking for! About You : Essential Requirements : * Driver (desirable) * Good communication skills and able to listen * Be patient * Promote independence and daily living skills. * Good IT knowledge / skills / systems * Be able to work using their own initiative and without constant supervision Desirable Requirements; * Previous experience working with Positive Behaviour support *Some of our roles require males, females, race and age specific employees only.
