We are currently seeking a talented Duty Manager to help drive success and growth in this pivotal role. The Role Reporting to the Store Manager, the Duty Manager will help to drive growth within the company-owned Barnby Dun SPAR store. As a member of the Duty Manager team, effective through all operational hours of the store, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of colleagues. You will be a member of the Store Managers leadership team, ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to achieving store sales and profitability through Brilliant Basics, Moments of Wow, Food For Later and Food For Now.
