Job description
Job Title: Mental Health CPN (Band 6) – Start ASAP | Dartford Banding: Band 6 Location: Dartford Rate: * PAYE: £20.17 per hour About the Role Pulse Nursing are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health CPN (Community Psychiatric Nurse) to work in Dartford starting immediately. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing comprehensive mental health care and support to individuals within the community. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality, patient-centered mental health care. * Carry out mental health assessments, care planning, and reviews. * Provide therapeutic interventions and support for service users. * Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery. * Support the recovery process through a range of therapeutic activities. * Flexible working hours – Full-time, part-time, or block booking options. * Ongoing professional development and training opportunities. * Free, comprehensive training, including clinical skills updates. * Access to a dedicated consultant for support and advice. * £300 referral bonus when you refer a colleague to Pulse Nursing. * Access to exclusive discounts and deals through our Pulse Rewards program. Requirements * Qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration. * Band 6 experience in a community setting is preferred. * Proven experience in mental health assessments and care coordination. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Enhanced DBS check (Pulse can assist if needed).
