Creating breakthrough products, which reach hundreds of thousands of people. In hiring our next Junior Copywriter, we’re looking for someone with excellent, demonstrable writing skills. As well as innovative ideas, insatiable curiosity, and the ability to tell a great story. You should also be persuasive, ambitious, and unafraid to make mistakes. What You’ll Be Doing * Writing compelling sales copy for long and short-form video, emails, ‘advertorials,’ and more * Acquiring customers through digital channels including Native, Facebook, and Youtube * Executing on strategic and copy-related tasks that will drive brand growth and customer retention What We’re Looking For * Exceptional Writing - you write with warmth, clarity, impact, and empathy * Outside-The-Box Thinking - you think independently, challenge orthodoxy, and constantly look for new and better ways to solve problems * Remarkable Research - you want to tell the untold stories. To immerse yourself in the research, intent on unearthing the biggest and most compelling ideas * A Hunger To Learn - you’re an avid, quick learner. A competitive person, who obsessively pursues excellence in their life and work * A Knowledge Of People - you can put yourself in the shoes of the ‘prospect,’ understanding their demographic traits, buying habits and behavioural psychology * Instinct & Intuition - you learn from your successes and failures, building on the former to increase your hit rate. Settle for nothing less than the best * Extreme Ownership - you are comfortable with owning your own projects Next Steps * If our hiring manager decides to move forward with your application, you will be invited to a short, online interview * This is designed to gauge cultural fit and knowledge of copywriting, and is followed by a short writing task if successful * If your writing really stands out, well invite you to the final stage in the process: an in-person interview, or an assessment day. * Celebrated 8-week training program (fully paid), which acts as the roles probationary period, where you learn the full scope of writing world-class direct response copy * Working with experienced, successful direct response copywriters * Personal and professional development opportunities - continual learning and “mastery” resources, performance-based pay increases * Regular in-person events - designed to foster a lively, social company culture and improve work-life balance * 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Please note that a full-time job offer is only made if you pass our 8-week training period.
