Partner - Commercial Litigation (Shareholder & Partnership Disputes) Leading Boutique Employment Practice | Outstanding Remuneration London A highly regarded boutique employment practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join its leadership team and develop a specialist disputes offering. This is a rare opportunity to build and grow a commercial litigation practice within an established and respected firm, with a particular focus on shareholder and partnership disputes. The firm already advises a strong and loyal client base - including founders, boards, partnerships and senior executives - which is largely untapped from a commercial litigation perspective, creating immediate and organic growth potential. The Opportunity * Lead and develop a shareholder and partnership disputes practice within a well-established employment platform * Access a warm, high-quality client base with significant crossover potential * Work collaboratively with senior employment partners on complex, high-value matters * Enjoy autonomy, strategic input and long-term support for practice growth * Join a lockstep partnership model with the opportunity to secure a meaningful equity stake and strong share of the business over time * Be part of a firm known for strong internal support, sensible resourcing and a genuinely healthy, collaborative working environment The Ideal Candidate * Established Commercial Litigation Partner (or Senior Legal Director / SC with partnership ambitions) * Demonstrable expertise in shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and related commercial litigation * Portable practice welcomed but not essential, given the strength of the existing client base * Commercial, collaborative and collegiate mindset Whats on Offer * Highly competitive salary and bonus package * Attractive lockstep remuneration structure aligned with long-term value creation * A supportive partnership with strong operational, marketing and junior lawyer support * High-quality work, consistent internal referrals and a positive firm culture This role will suit a partner looking to build real equity in a business, develop a disputes practice with proper backing, and work within a firm that prioritises both excellence and sustainability.
