Retail Marketing Manager | Beauty Brand | UK We are seeking a dynamic Retail Marketing Manager to join an ambitious beauty brand that is rapidly expanding its presence across retail and online channels. This is a high impact role where you will lead innovative retail campaigns, drive in-store engagement, and strengthen partnerships with key retailers. Role Overview As Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive performance across all retail channels. Reporting to the marketing leadership team, you will manage trade marketing initiatives, oversee activations, and ensure consistency in messaging and brand experience across all retail partners. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and hands on execution. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage retail marketing campaigns, launches, promotions, and activations across all channels. * Coordinate retailer launch plans and evaluate post-launch performance. * Ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful in-store presence through merchandising, POS, and visual updates. * Plan and deliver engaging in-store activations and multi-channel campaigns to drive visibility and sales. * Lead retailer training, communication, and relationship-building initiatives. * Oversee budgets, project timelines, and production of marketing collateral in collaboration with internal teams. Requirements * Experience in trade or retail marketing, ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. * Analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimising campaigns. * Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
