About the job Social Media Marketing Manager We are Cuberfy, a platform that specializes in promoting talented individuals. You can register and create a presentation video about yourself. Responsibilities * Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms. * Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including text, image, and video, for social media channels. * Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behaviour, and competition to optimize content and campaigns. * Manage and schedule posts, responding to comments and messages promptly. * Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing ROI and CTR. * Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. * Stay up-to-date with industry developments, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. * Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to enhance the brands online presence. * Generate reports on the performance of social media campaigns, offering insights and recommendations. * Continuously innovate and explore new tools and features to improve social media strategies. Requirements * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. * In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. * Strong creative and content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing. * Proficient in social media management tools and analytics. * Excellent analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness. * Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrable experience in paid advertising on social platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
