Job description
Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Hybrid 2 days per week in the Hull office Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Pay range:£50,000.00-£70,000.00 We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our established marketing team, with real ownership across digital channels and a clear progression route into a marketing manager position within 1 to 2 years. The role * Own end-to-end email marketing including automation, journeys and A/B testing * Manage and optimise the website with a focus on UX, SEO and performance * Track and improve digital performance using analytics and insight * Support digital campaigns, content and social activity * Work closely with internal teams and external partners About you * 4 to 5 years of digital marketing experience * Strong skills across email, website and SEO * Comfortable with marketing automation and analytics tools * Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress * Experience in professional services or regulated sectors beneficial Why apply * High impact role with real ownership * Clear progression into a managerial position * Supportive leadership and established team Interviews will move quickly, so early applications are encouraged.
