Overview This is an interesting role for a top private PA used to working at senior level. The Principal travels extensively so your luxury travel (including private jets) will be excellent. 5 years+ Private/Business PA experience at Senior level is expected plus excellent secretarial skills. Based in amazing offices with a dedicated team. Responsibilities * Management of complex Diary management for the principal liaising with the Chief of Staff * Management of complex & extensive global travel and liaising with the private Pilot. All travel agendas and schedules for their private jet and helicopter. First class commercial travel/cars from A - B. Detailed itineraries and changing travel plans when required * Management of credit card expenses and having oversight of the budget Booking the family chauffeurs, restaurant & theatre reservations. * Accept and decline of all invitations. Update all contacts Arranging family events, booking caterers, florists and service at the Family home or at a private venue, Private Members clubs or family residence for a large number of guests including high profile. * Processing visas, new passport applications. Arrange currency for all travel. Give detailed itineraries for travel * Ad hoc errands, flower ordering, collecting purchases for the family and booking private appointments for the family, viewing galleries, restaurants and hotels Management of a large number of emails a day for action/distribution Scheduling meetings with senior business leaders internationally Qualifications A CV demonstrating excellent Private/Business PA experience at UHNW level is essential to be considered for this role. This is a high level support role requiring diplomacy, tact and discretion. You will have a professional and warm personality with a somewhat concierge manner. Very well spoken and presented as you will be an ambassador for the Principal going forward. Top interpersonal skills able to forge relationships quickly. Able to take responsibility and self motivated always producing work of the highest standard. Family Office background, Principal/CEO level or UHNW level supporting in a Private & Business Capacity is essential.
