Responsibilities * The Influence Team are looking for a Talent Manager to manage their rostered Creators across the fashion and beauty sectors. Your role will involve: Overseeing campaigns from fee negotiation through to delivery * Handling all inbound requests for talent * Developing and strengthening relationships with our creators * Conducting IG and TikTok platform audits * Shaping content & career strategy for each talent * Building tailored sales strategies and outreach per talent * Cultivating relationships with brands and partners Essential experience * Running brand or agency social media accounts * Social media strategy and auditing * Outbound sales and pitching strategy * Creator/brand building * Agency experience (2 years) This is a fantastic opportunity to join an agency who deliver connected brand stories across physical, digital & social touchpoints.
