About the Role * Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and run the store when needed. * Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met. * Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do. * Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team. * Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs. About You * Passionate about customers, people and products, and energetic in approach to work, inspiring and motivating others. * Exceptional commercial understanding and ability to create a fantastic shopping experience for customers. * Team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment, and can adapt quickly to change. * Excellent communicator, able to work naturally with people at all levels, staying calm and approachable even under pressure. * Strong problem‑solving skills, making sound business decisions, confidently challenging processes and generating innovative ideas. * Confident when dealing with people issues. * Effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload. This role is not typically considered for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.
