Job description

Paid Social Specialist – LeadChoice LeadChoice is a young, scaling performance agency that builds high‑output lead generation systems that turn attention into qualified pipeline. Our focus is simple: get you more buyers – tying quote value and sales value to every lead, every channel. Under two years old and scaling, we specialise in paid social, paid search, landing pages, conversion ops and analytics for service brands that want growth now, not later. Core responsibility: Drive profitable growth for our clients through data‑led performance marketing and strategic planning. KPIs: Client New Customer Revenue Growth, Client retention and Cross Service upsells. Experience level: Mid‑level (3+ years). Responsibilities * Manage and optimise high‑impact Meta Ads campaigns, working with designers to create offer‑led, high‑impact creatives. * Analyse performance data with a keen eye, identifying opportunities and acting on insights that drive real, profitable business growth. * Deploy advanced bid strategies, audience targeting and ad extensions to consistently exceed client ROAS and CPA goals. * Conduct rigorous A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates and ad relevance across your portfolio. * Serve as the trusted strategic advisor for 8‑10 client accounts, translating their business goals into winning Paid Social strategies. * Deliver clear, insight‑rich performance reports that tell the story behind the numbers. * Build relationships based on transparency, proactive communication and consistent results. * Identify and present upsell opportunities across Meta, Email and Creative services. * Work closely with senior team members to align on strategy and solve complex challenges. * Share knowledge and insights with the wider team, contributing to our collective growth. * Stay ahead of the curve with new Meta features and industry trends, applying cutting‑edge tactics to client accounts. * Contribute to workflow improvements and operational excellence initiatives. Qualifications * 3+ years of hands‑on Meta Ads management within a digital marketing agency. * Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high performance standards. * Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance optimisation. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships based on trust and results. * Self‑motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skills. * Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Technical Expertise * Deep understanding of Meta Ads platforms. * Experience with bid management, audience targeting and conversion tracking. * Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other relevant tools. * Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting. * Knowledge of lead‑gen or e‑commerce best practices and conversion optimisation.
