The role: The Digital Marketing Officer will execute digital campaigns and manage the company’s online presence to drive B2B engagement and lead generation. This role plays an important part in optimising our digital channels, ensuring our website and social platforms deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives. Main duties and responsibilities: * Campaign Management: Execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns acrosspaid search,social media advertising, and email marketing. * Website Management: Maintainand update the corporate website using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented. * SocialMedia: Manage LinkedIn presence, including paid campaigns and organic content scheduling. * Marketing Automation: Execute email campaigns and nurture workflows using Salesforce Pardot. * Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure timelyand effective content execution. * Admin: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team where required. General role responsibilities: * Understand & follow the company’s Health & Safety Policy & Procedures & report all accidents or any unsafe conditions in the workplace. * Ensure training has been received before undertaking specific duties & that all training is recorded in training records. * Adhere to all HR policies & procedures, specifically including all absence policies and procedures. * Communicate within your own department to ensure that all relevant information is forwarded to the appropriate personnel on a regular & timely basis. Essential Skills and experience: * Educated to degree level or higher in a related scientific/technical discipline or have relevant work experience. * Experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. * Hands‑on experience with: o Platforms: WordPress (Elementor), Salesforce Pardot o Tools: SEMrush, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads * Good understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail. * Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to effectively contribute within a team environment and work on own initiative. * Strong focus on quality and safety.
