Finance Graduate Trainee Programme

Salary: £38,000 – £46,000 + performance bonus + structured progression

As a Finance Graduate Trainee, you will rotate across key areas of the business, gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and commercial decision-making. You will be working alongside experienced professionals who will mentor and develop you into a well-rounded finance specialist.
What you will be doing
You will be immersed in real business operations rather than shadowing from the sidelines. Expect to contribute from early on.
You will support the preparation of financial reports used by senior management to guide strategic decisions
You will analyse financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within the business
You will assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, learning how financial planning drives performance
You will work closely with different departments to understand how finance supports operations across the company
You will gain exposure to investment analysis, cost control, and performance tracking
You will take part in ongoing projects aimed at improving financial efficiency and reporting accuracy
