As a Performance Marketer, you’ll join a startup at a critical stage, working directly with founders or early growth leaders to shape how acquisition and retention gets done. You’ll get real ownership from day one, run experiments across channels, and accelerate your growth as a commercially valuable operator. Role responsibilities: * Running & optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok (depending on B2B SaaS vs consumer/DTC focus) * Managing budgets and reporting on CAC, ROAS, and LTV * Testing and scaling SEO, retargeting, and referral programmes * Building and optimising landing pages and running CRO experiments * Designing and executing email/lifecycle campaigns to retain and monetize users You’ll have real ownership of campaigns and budgets, not just reporting - making an immediate impact on growth.
