About the role This is not a typical graduate programme. * Location:Altrincham, Manchester – hybrid * Hours:Full‑time, Mon‑Fri, 9:00‑17:00 (part time considered for final‑year or postgraduate students) * Salary:£38‑45k for full time hours We are looking for a Graduate AI Developer to join our growing technology team and play a central role in shaping how AI is used across the business. You’ll work directly with the Head of IT and Head of Development, helping define where AI can create value and building solutions that support real operational challenges. From day one, you’ll work on meaningful projects with genuine ownership. Rather than following a predefined task list, you’ll be given problems to explore, research and solve – using your technical knowledge, curiosity and initiative to bring ideas to life.
